How seats work: simple on purpose.
A seat is anyone who signs in
If you create scratchpads, you take a seat. Customers who open your link never do, and they never need an account.
Text messages are shared
Each seat adds 15 messages to one pool for the whole account, so a busy agent can use what a quiet one left.
Two seats to start
Team and Enterprise accounts start at two seats. Pay yearly and you get ten months for twelve.
Questions
Before you start.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your account moves to the Team plan at $5 per seat. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Do my customers need an account?
No. The link opens on their phone with no app and no sign-in, and a customer never counts as a seat.
How long are files and details kept?
Everything a customer types or uploads is deleted after 24 hours. Delete a scratchpad sooner and it is gone for good, with no recycle bin.
Is there a limit on files or storage?
No. Files of any type are unlimited on every plan. Because they are purged after 24 hours, there is nothing to run out of.
Can AI voice agents use it?
Yes, on Enterprise. A voice agent signs in as its own seat, so you always know which agent sent a link.
Make “can you spell that?” a thing of the past.
Start a scratchpad on your next call and see what your customer types.
